UNIFORM
MEN : Rash or T-shirt & leggings with shorts.
WOMEN : Rash or T-shirt, sport bra, leggings & hair tie. (no crop tops)
All metal objects, jewellery, piercings, necklaces should be removed.
HYGIENE
Uniform to be clean.
Clean finger & toe nails.
Shower before training.
No shoes, food or drink on the mat.
Footwear worn when off the mats.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
The One Month Self-Defence Course will have a maximum of 4 students and is split into 5 modules (1 week free) with each week recapping on the previous week and then learning new techniques. You'll get one-on-one detailed attention, so you'll learn faster with a better understanding.
It's important to attend each class to get the full benefits unless you're sick or injured.
At the end of the One Month Self-Defence Course you will have learnt Brazilian Jiu Jitsu terminology and fighting positions; such as side control, guard, mount, back control, knee on belly and sweeps. You'll learn grips and grip breaks, take downs and learn how to fall correctly using break falls.
You'll learn escapes and defence from guard, side control and mount.
You'll learn; distance management, strangle attack escapes, upper body control when standing, grip breaks, controlling distance from the ground, technical standup, hip heist and defensive techniques when being attacked from strikes.
At the end of the One Month Self-Defence Course you'll have the very basics of
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Self-Defence.
You can be Graded and receive a White Belt ($41 separate cost) and continue your training at a bigger local dojo (gym) or re-book at a later date.
